Purchase a Yacht or Charter

You've passed your ISSA Inshore Skipper or Yacht Crew

Congratulations you've passed an ISSA course with Sail in Asia and now you are thinking whats next? Perhaps you want to find a yacht thats not too expensive and that is value for money.  Purchasing a previously owned vessel is a good way to start but so is chartering.  Contact Us and we can chat about your thoughts on what you'd like to own and what size and features you are looking for.

If you are not sure about purchasing right away why not charter a vessel and come back to us after the charter with more ideas and perhaps we can help you to find a boat that suits your specification.  Chartering before buying even for just a few days is our preferred sales route and we feel it gives you a good chance to see the pros and cons of the vessel.

We've got somne suggestions of activities that we are putting on for you throughout the year.  Your next holiday may be 9/10 months away but we'd like you to enjoy sailing with us again. One of the aims of this Events Schedule is to ensure you keep your newly learned skills and perhaps go sailing with people who were on your course. Another benefit is you are familiar with our boats. You'd probably would like to explore Phuket and Krabi waters - short passages at the weekend. Perhaps youd like to race or go on longer Milecatcher passage to places like the Phang Nga Bay. (the last unspoilt cruising grounds in Thailand).
